Order Cancellation & Return Policy
At Diqora Furniture, every product is crafted with great attention to detail and quality. Most of our furniture pieces are made-to-order or customized based on the customer’s preferences, including materials, finishes, sizes, and design specifications.
Because our products are specially manufactured for each client rather than mass-produced, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the following policy.
By placing an order with Diqora Furniture, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Placing an Order
All orders require an advance payment to confirm the purchase and begin production.
The advance payment allows us to:

Procure raw materials

Schedule production
-
Allocate skilled craftsmen for the order
Once the advance payment is received, your order enters our production pipeline.
Production Timelines
Diqora Furniture products are handcrafted and carefully assembled, which may require longer production timelines depending on:

Design complexity

Material availability
-
Customization requirements
-
Workshop scheduling
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, production timelines may extend when necessary to maintain our quality standards.
Production Delay Policy
If production is delayed beyond 90 days from the order confirmation date, the customer may request order cancellation with a full refund of the amount paid.
However:

This option applies only before the product has been dispatched or delivered.

Once the product is completed or delivered, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Order Placement
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it.
If cancelled within this time:

The advance payment will be refunded
-
Bank charges, currency conversion differences, or payment gateway fees may be deducted
Refunds will be processed within 30–90 business days, depending on the payment method.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through Diqora Furniture’s official contact channels.
After 48 Hours – Production Begins
After 48 hours, the order moves into production.
At this stage:

Raw materials are sourced

Production work begins
-
Labour and resources are allocated specifically for the order
Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once production has started, except in cases covered under the production delay policy.
Cancellation Within 15 Days of Order
Orders may still be cancelled within 15 days of placement under the following conditions:

Production will be stopped immediately to reduce further costs.

The advance payment will remain non-refundable.

The customer will not be required to pay the remaining balance of the order value.
Cancellation After 15 Days
After 15 days, most orders are significantly progressed in production, with materials and labor already invested.
In such cases:

The full order value becomes payable, even if the customer decides to cancel or refuses delivery.

Since furniture pieces are customized, they cannot be resold or repurposed for other customers.
Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Once a product has been delivered to the customer, returns, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.
Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases and must be approved in writing by Diqora Furniture.
Approval of any exception does not establish a precedent for future orders.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is delivered with visible damage or manufacturing defects, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

Repair

Replacement of the affected part

Partial resolution depending on the situation
Why This Policy Exists
Diqora Furniture products are carefully designed and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Unlike mass-produced furniture, these pieces are built to individual specifications and therefore cannot easily be returned to inventory or resold.
